As a Recruitment Manager, your role will involve managing the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US. You will collaborate closely with the Recruiting TEAM and contribute to strategic global hiring programs. Your responsibilities will include developing an action plan to recruit the best fit for the organization and sourcing potential candidates for different IT requirements using niche platforms related to IT. Additionally, you will personally conduct interviews, document them, and report as necessary. It is essential to work with the department while keeping the Company's growth perspective in mind. Staying updated with industry trends, being self-motivated, and a team player are crucial aspects of this role. Proficiency in English and experience in the full Life Cycle of Recruiting are required, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, handling technical queries, closing candidates, and managing responsibilities until their joining. Utilizing recruiting techniques such as Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools is essential. Qualifications Required: - HR related Degree with 5 years of relevant experience. - Comfortable working in EST and PST shifts.,
