Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end

  US payroll processing using ADP

• Handling payroll queries and employee records

• US staffing & recruiting through Indeed job platform

• Screening resumes and coordinating interviews

• Maintaining payroll and recruitment documentation

• Ensuring compliance with US payroll policies and timelines

Requirements:

• Graduation in any discipline (HR/Commerce preferred)
• Freshers or candidates with

  up to 1 year of experience

• Basic understanding of US Payroll or US Recruitment

  (training can be provided)
• Willingness to work

  night shifts

• Good communication and MS Excel skills
