US Payroll Analyst

About the Role

You will work with the team in India and US offices to process payroll for clients. The comprehensive process will give you a chance to understand the start to end process, including pre and post payroll activities. Client interaction experience is an added advantage.

What Would You Do at ALTRES Technologies?

• Process and audit incoming US payrolls
• Calculate overtime, bonuses, and deductions
• Coordinate with US support for payroll queries
• Manage employee data and HR updates
• Handle court orders and certified payrolls
• Maintain Paid Time Off (PTO) records and client documentation
• Respond to daily payroll-related emails and tasks

What Do You Need?

• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• High attention to detail
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
