Job Description

As a Wage and Benefits Manager, your role will involve managing wage calculations, deductions, overtime, benefits, and employer contributions. You will be responsible for preparing and distributing Forms W-2 and W-2C, ensuring IRS compliance. The timing for this role is from 4 pm to 12 am or 3 pm to 11 pm during June to December for 5-day weeks, and rest of the time for 6-day weeks. Qualifications required for this position include: - Strong understanding of wage calculations, deductions, and benefits - Proficiency in preparing Forms W-2 and W-2C - Knowledge of IRS compliance regulations If you are a suitable candidate, the salary offered for this position is up to Rs 35,000 per month, with the possibility of an increase based on your experience and qualifications. Please note that this is a full-time position and the work location is in person.
