About the Role : You will work with the team in India and US offices to process payroll for clients. The comprehensive process will give you a chance to understand the start to end process, including pre and post payroll activities. Client interaction experience is an added advantage. What Would You Do at ALTRES Technologies? Process and audit incoming US payrolls Calculate overtime, bonuses, and deductions Coordinate with US support for payroll queries Manage employee data and HR updates Handle court orders and certified payrolls Maintain Paid Time Off (PTO) records and client documentation Respond to daily payroll-related emails and tasks What Do You Need?
