Working with direct clients in US is one of our core productivity other than Canada, UK, Europe, Japan and India Job Location : Jayanagar 4th Block, Bangalore Shift Timings : Night Shifts(6:30PM – 3:30AM IST) Job Type : On-site Experience : 1-4 Yrs Please find the details below: Role title : US Onboarding Team - HR Executive Job description: Key Responsibilities: Handle and manage new placement offers for US-based roles. Collect and verify candidate documents for compliance and accuracy. Initiate background verification and screening processes. Schedule medical and drug tests as part of the onboarding process. Maintain accurate records and tracking systems using MS Office tools. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as needed. Requirements: Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree. Experience: 1–2 years of relevant work experience. Shift: Willingness to work in night shifts (US timings). Must have access to own transportation for commute. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – are essential. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
