Working with direct clients in US is one of our core productivity other than Canada, UK, Europe, Japan and India Job Summary Radiant is seeking a skilled Proposal Writer to help secure contracts in both the public and private sectors. This position is critical to our success, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to make an immediate difference by developing winning proposals for private, state, and federal government contracts. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with our team to gather insights and create persuasive proposal content. Analyze project requirements, evaluation criteria, and compliance guidelines. Write engaging executive summaries, cover letters, and proposal sections. Ensure accuracy and consistency in all proposal documents. Organize and lead proposal activities, from kick-off meetings to document version control. Maintain a proposal library with updated templates and resources. Stay updated on Federal procurement trends, policies, and best practices to incorporate industry insights into proposals. Qualifications: Experience: 5 Plus years in proposal writing, preferably within the IT staffing especially for private, state, and federal contracts. Skills: Exceptional writing, editing skills with keen attention to detail. Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Show more Show less
