Job Title: Timesheet Coordinator – US Staffing Industry Location: Hyderabad Work Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST(Work from office) Experience: 2–3 years Education: Graduate (bachelor’s degree required) Key Responsibilities: Follow up with consultants and clients for timesheet submissions and approvals. Ensure accuracy and completeness of timesheet entries on the designated portals. Communicate effectively with US-based clients and consultants via phone and email. Track and update time sheet records in Excel and internal systems. Collaborate with internal teams for payroll and billing processes. Handle timesheet-related queries promptly and professionally. Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in the US staffing industry , specifically in timesheet management. Strong working knowledge of MSP time sheet portals and Excel. Excellent English communication skills , both verbal and written. Strong Analytical and quantitative skills including MS Excel Proven ability to write professional emails and communicate clearly with US citizens and clients . Must be a graduate with good organizational and follow-up skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with MSP/VMS/ATS platforms. Basic understanding of US payroll and billing processes.
