• Review and analyze borrower-provided documents for completeness and relevance.
• Familiarity with mortgage documentation and underwriting conditions.
• Accurately associate documents to the correct underwriting conditions (stips) in the system.
• Ability to follow complex task process and complete notation and documentation
• Identify and escalate discrepancies or missing documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Support underwriters and processors by ensuring timely and accurate document association.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and loan origination systems.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with service level agreements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Track and report on vendor metrics and performance indicators
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and vendor management systems
• Collaborate with procurement and legal teams on vendor contracts and renewals
• Understanding of procurement and contract management processes
• Assist in onboarding new vendors and maintaining vendor documentation
• Availability to work U.S. hours
