About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to support our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating leads (potential clients) to help expand our talent pool and client base. You will work closely with business development teams to build strong pipelines that fuel successful hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- [ ] Conduct market research to identify potential clients.
- [ ] Generate and qualify leads through online platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, databases, etc.).
- [ ] Build and maintain a database of prospective clients.
- [ ] Use tools such as CRM, ATS, and lead management software to track and update lead information.
- [ ] Collaborate with recruiters to pass on qualified leads for further engagement.
- [ ] Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and messages to initiate interest.
- [ ] Analyze lead generation campaigns and suggest improvements to maximize conversion rates.
- [ ] Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and recruitment market insights.
Requirements
- [ ] Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- [ ] Proven experience in lead generation, recruitment, or sales.
- [ ] Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
- [ ] Proficiency with CRM/ATS tools and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
- [ ] Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- [ ] Ability to work independently, manage time, and meet targets.
- [ ] Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- [ ] Experience in recruitment/staffing industry.
- [ ] Familiarity with cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- [ ] Ability to handle high volumes of data and multitask effectively.
- [ ] Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
