Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to manage and execute our outbound sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in generating qualified leads and driving outbound sales campaigns for the USA and other western markets, particularly within the IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

○ Generate potential leads in the USA & other western countries across various industries.

○ Develop and implement lead generation strategies to identify and qualify potential leads.

○ Conduct targeted outreach via LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and other prospecting channels.

○ Implement best practices for lead qualification, follow-ups, and conversion.

○ Understand client needs and pain points to position your company’s solutions effectively.

○ Ensure a high level of professionalism in all outbound communications.

○ Provide consistent reporting and updates to senior management on lead generation metrics and performance.

○ Use data-driven insights to improve strategies and achieve targets.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

● 4+ years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development.

● Strong knowledge of outbound sales techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

● Experience in B2B lead generation, especially in industries like IT services, SaaS, or consulting.

● Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or Apollo.io and automated tools to faten the whole process.

● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and achieve set targets in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
