You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment and delivering qualified consultants for our clients. Responsibilities: Source and recruit candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent roles in the US market. Work on various requirements like W2, C2C, and 1099. Screen candidates for technical skills and cultural fit. Build a strong pipeline through job boards (Dice, CareerBuilder), social media, and networking. Coordinate interviews, submit resumes to clients, and negotiate compensation. Stay updated with U.S. visa categories (H-1 B, GC, USC, etc.). Requirements: 3 to 8 years of experience in US IT staffing. Solid understanding of the US job market, hiring practices, and employment types. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS). Willing to work in EST/PST time zones. IT Recruiter: Sources, screens, and shortlists candidates for IT positions based on client or company requirements. Senior IT Recruiter: Manages end-to-end IT recruitment processes while mentoring junior recruiters and handling complex roles.
