Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for state government projects and internal IT requirements.• Source, screen, and qualify candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and internal databases.• Work closely with account managers to understand open requirements and prioritize accordingly.
• Ensure quick turnaround times and maintain high submission quality.
Should good working experience with Calpers and State of Missouri
• Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews.
• Maintain ATS and recruitment trackers regularly.• Build strong candidate pipelines for recurring technical roles.• Be proactive in identifying and engaging passive candidates.
