US IT Recruiter

• 1 Year Experience in the entire Recruitment life cycle from sourcing, screening, selection, salary/Rate negotiation.

• Self-motivated, Confident, Aggressive, Target-oriented.

• US IT Recruiter(s) - Direct client / Implementation Partners / Must be well versed with W2 & C2C

• Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients/Candidates.

• Sourcing from various Job Portals, i.e..., Job Diva/Dice/ Monster Preferred

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing strategies to offer negotiation.

• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)

• Should have Good Exposure working with Direct Clients OR Implementation Partners as well.

• Should be well aware of Tax terms and US Visa's

• Should have good communication skills.

• Proficient in sourcing right candidates through extensive portal search and Vendors.

• Should have excellent communication, convincing skills and negotiation skills.

• Excellent understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets.

• Candidate shall be self-motivated.

• Should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure.

• Should be residing in Hyderabad

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
