Key Responsibilities:

Manage
end-to-end US IT recruitment
for contract and full-time roles.
Strong experience in
W2 and C2C hiring
(mandatory).
Source candidates using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates as per client requirements.
Negotiate
rates for W2 and C2C
, along with finalizing compensation.
Coordinate interviews with clients/vendors and ensure timely closures.
Maintain pipelines, trackers, and daily recruitment reports.
Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and candidates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3–7 years of experience as a
US IT Recruiter
.
Strong hands-on knowledge of
W2 & C2C hiring
, US tax terms, and work authorizations.
Excellent communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently in
night shift (US hours)
.
Experience working with direct clients, prime vendors, and implementation partners.
