Who We’re Looking For:

• 5-8 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099,Fulltime) and work authorizations.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools like, ATS (CEIPAL), Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder and LinkedIn sourcing is plus.
• Experience working on direct client requirements and in fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Canada recruitment experience is

  huge plus

🎓Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field is

  must
