US IT Recruiter

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing top talent in various IT positions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruiting and a passion for connecting with candidates who can drive our business forward. You will leverage your expertise in talent acquisition to ensure we attract the best candidates while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Duties

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding new hires
• Utilize various sourcing methods including social media management, cold calling, and campus recruitment to identify potential candidates
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the organization
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever, iCIMS, or Taleo
• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and internal stakeholders
• Stay updated on employment & labor law to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process
• Support employee orientation and training & development initiatives for new hires
• Engage in talent management activities including succession planning and employee evaluation

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical recruiting with a strong understanding of IT roles and technologies
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with candidates and team members
• Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques and tools such as Workday, Paychex, ADP, or Kronos is preferred
• Experience in executive recruiting or internal recruiting is a plus
• Ability to conduct research on market trends and lead generation strategies for talent acquisition
• Knowledge of HRIS systems such as UltiPro or Salesforce is advantageous
• Strong relationship management skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring teams

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
