Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a US IT Recruiter. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for IT positions. The recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop strategies to attract top talent in the technology sector. The role requires conducting technical recruiting, coordinating the hiring process, and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting, IT Recruitment, and Technical Recruiting skills
• Experience in developing and executing hiring strategies
• Strong interviewing, sourcing, and candidate assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
