US Recruiters (IT & Non-IT)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle
end-to-end US recruitment
for IT and Non-IT roles
Work on
W2, C2C, and 1099
hiring models
Source candidates using
LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder
, and other job portals
Screen, interview, and qualify candidates as per client requirements
Coordinate with account managers and clients for submissions and interviews
Negotiate pay rates and manage offer closures
Maintain ATS, trackers, and recruitment documentation
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2.5–4 years of proven experience in
US Staffing (IT / Non-IT)
Strong understanding of
US visa types
: W2, C2C, 1099
Excellent sourcing and Boolean search skills
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to work in
US shift
and fast-paced environments
Target-oriented and self-motivated
