We are hiring for an experienced US IT Recruiters to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of sourcing and hiring for various IT technologies. You will be responsible for managing end to end recruitment for various IT roles, ensuring high-quality candidate delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end to end recruitment for US IT requirements.
Source candidates through job portals (LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder).
Should have worked with top implementation partners (VMS/MSP) - Accenture, TechM, Infosys, HCL, Wipro, Cognizant, Capgemini, etc.
Strong understanding of IT roles and emerging technologies.
Negotiate pay rates with candidates and ensure alignment with client budget.
Experience on working for W2, C2C, C2H, and full time requirements.

Required skills:

3-5 years of US IT recruitment process.
Strong experience in sourcing candidates for US IT positions.
Strong understanding of IT technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a team.

Location- Western Dallas Centre, Knowledge City, Madhapur, Hyderabad.
