Job Title: US IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Client Collaboration: Understand client requirements and organizational context to ensure alignment with business activities.
• Applicant Qualification: Assess applicant qualifications through interviews, response analysis, reference checks, and qualification comparisons to job requirements.
• Candidate Evaluation: Discuss job requirements and applicant qualifications with hiring managers to ensure consistent and thorough interviewing practices.
• Resume Submission: Share resumes with hiring managers and clients for review and consideration.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in IT recruiting or related fields.
• Experience: 2-7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in US Technology (IT) Recruitment.
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to engage with job prospects and understand their qualifications.
• Visa Knowledge: Experience working with independent visa consultants.
• The position requires working hours from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST to align with US time zones.
• Technical Understanding: Strong grasp of the technical aspects required for IT recruiting.
• Communication Skills: Proficiency in English with the ability to tap into the IT talent hub effectively.
• Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Professionalism: High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
• Recruitment Expertise: Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
