Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr. US IT Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles across the US market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of US hiring practices, visa types, and tax terms, and will be adept at sourcing top technical talent using various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify strong candidates via various sources such as resume databases (Monster, Dice, LinkedIn, etc.), job postings, social media campaigns, networking, career fairs, and phone calls.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screening with candidates.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for IT & Functional positions
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies
Post job advertisements on relevant platforms and act as the primary contact for applicants
Conduct interviews and coordinate interview schedules with clients
Maintain and update candidate databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Negotiate salary and benefits packages with candidates
Ensure compliance with US employment laws and visa regulations
Stay updated on market trends and talent availability.

Qualification:

2-6 years of experience in US Recruitment (IT & Functional)
Familiarity with US work visas (H1B, TN, USC, GC) and tax terms (W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and Indeed
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Willingness to work in US time zones
