Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and evaluate IT candidates for US-based job requirements.
• Work on various contract types such as

  C2C, W2, and 1099

  .
• Negotiate rates and terms with candidates and vendors.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Handle complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all client and internal hiring standards.
• Follow up with consultants for time sheets, project updates, and extension opportunities.
• Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and databases (e.g., Indeed, Dice, LinkedIn).
• Work closely with Account Managers and delivery teams to ensure timely closures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum

  2+ years of experience

  in US IT recruitment.
• Solid understanding of US work authorizations and employment types (

  C2C, W2, 1099

  ).
• Hands-on experience in documentation and compliance processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with job portals and ATS tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Willingness to work and adhere to

  US shift timing

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Prior experience working with implementation partners or direct client
