Job Title: US IT Recruiter Company: Benda Infotech Location: Newtown, Kolkata Work Type: Night Shift | Full-time | On-site Working Days: 5 Days (Monday to Friday) Shift Timing: Night Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST) Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven US IT Recruiters to join our growing team at Benda Infotech. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring technical candidates for our US-based clients. Key Responsibilities:Source candidates through various channels (Job Portals, Social Media, Internal Database, Referrals) Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and compatibility for client requirements Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients Maintain candidate database and reports using ATS or internal systems Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and candidates Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process Requirements:0 to 2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment or similar field (BPO/KPO experience preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Willingness to work in US Night Shift (8 PM – 5 AM IST) Strong negotiation and closing skills Education:Graduate in any discipline (Technical background preferred but not mandatory) Compensation:Salary: Up to ₹20,000/month (based on last drawn salary and experience) Incentives & Benefits: Performance-based incentives Why Join Us?
