Key Responsibilities: Understand client requirements and job specifications in detail. Source candidates from job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn. Screen candidates through telephonic and/or video interviews. Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients. Negotiate pay rates and employment terms (W2, C2C, 1099). Maintain candidate and client databases using ATS or CRM tools. Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. Stay updated on US immigration laws and hiring practices (H1B, GC, US Citizens, etc.). Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in any discipline. 15 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter. Strong understanding of various IT technologies and job roles. Familiarity with US work authorization types (H1B, GC, TN, OPT, CPT, etc.). Experience working with VMS clients or direct clients is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work in night shifts (US time zone). Direct client and W2 experience is a must. Cabs will be provided for pick up and drop.
