Job Description

Position Overview:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process

    for various IT roles, including software engineers, data scientists, system administrators, project managers, and more.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers

    to understand specific technical requirements, job duties, and desired candidate profiles.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies

    to attract top talent using diverse channels such as job boards (e.g., Dice, Monster, LinkedIn), social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and job applications

    to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and technical skills against job requirements.
  • Conduct initial interviews

    (phone, video, or in-person) to assess candidates' technical abilities, soft skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules

    between candidates and technical interview panels/hiring managers.
  • Manage the offer process

    , including negotiating salary, benefits, and employment terms, and assisting with onboarding activities.
  • Ensure all recruitment practices comply

    with US labor laws, immigration policies, and visa regulations (e.g., knowledge of W2, 1099, C2C, H1B, Green Card processes).
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

    and a network of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Stay updated on the latest IT industry trends

    , technologies, and salary benchmarks to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience

    throughout the entire recruitment process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience (e.g., 1-5+ years, depending on role seniority) as a US IT Recruiter, Technical Recruiter, or similar role.
  • Deep understanding of IT roles, technologies, and current hiring trends in the US market.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
  • Experience with various sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, and using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical requirements clearly.
  • Strong negotiation, time-management, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of US tax terms (W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp) and visa types (H1B, E3, TN, etc.) is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field (preferred)
