Training under senior Team Leads, Free AC hostel accommodation, along with all the facilities

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating placements.
Utilize job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), internal databases, and social media to source potential candidates.
Assess candidates' technical skills and experience through interviews and evaluations.

Pay raises will be performance-driven, rewarding excellence and contributions

Free Wi-Fi, TV & Quality food in hostel
WORK FROM OFFICE

Weekends: Saturday & Sunday
