🌎 Role: US IT Bench Sales Recruiter – Fresher / Intern
Location: Hyderabad, India (Work from Office)Shift: US EST hours (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)Type: Internship / Entry-Level (Full-Time opportunity after training)💼 About the RoleWe’re looking for energetic and ambitious freshers who are eager to start their career in the fast-growing US IT Staffing industry.As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you’ll be trained to market IT consultants, connect with US-based vendors and clients, and help place consultants on projects across ERP, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, and Automation technologies.This is a performance-driven sales and coordination role that offers hands-on exposure to international markets, professional communication, and career growth in US IT recruiting.🚀 Your Responsibilities
  • Market Bench Consultants: Learn to promote and place IT consultants (OPT, H1B, GC, etc.) on new projects with US clients and vendors.
  • Source Job Requirements: Search for open positions through job portals, vendor lists, and networking channels.
  • Match & Submit Profiles: Identify the right job fit for consultants and share resumes with hiring managers or vendor contacts.
  • Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and follow up on interviews until final selection.
  • Maintain Relationships: Stay in touch with consultants about job submissions, feedback, and project updates.
  • Build Vendor Network: Gradually expand your database of client and vendor contacts.
  • Achieve Targets: Learn how to meet monthly submission and placement goals through effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up with US IT staffing processes, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and technology trends.
🎓 Who Can Apply
  • Fresh graduates or final-year students in BBA, MBA, B.Tech, B.Com, or related fields.
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Eager to learn sales, negotiation, and client coordination.
  • Comfortable working in night shifts (US EST hours).
  • Basic understanding of IT or willingness to learn about technologies (ERP, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, etc.).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
