US IT Bench Sales Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Market our Bench Consultants (H1B Transfer, OPT/CPT/F1/L1, GC & US Citizens) to Tier-1 Vendors and Direct Clients.
• Handle the entire sales cycle — from requirement gathering, submission, rate negotiation, interview scheduling, to closing deals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors through networking and follow-ups.
• Reformat and customize resumes per client needs before submissions.
• Perform active and passive searches using Job Boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, etc.).
• Manage and track consultant submissions, interview progress, and offer closures.
• Maintain communication with consultants daily and keep them informed about submissions and interview schedules.
• Ensure compliance with US Staffing processes (W2, 1099, C2C, H1 Transfers).
• Demonstrate strong understanding of contracts (NCA, NDA, Addendum, Memorandum).
• Generate new business leads through cold calling and networking to acquire new direct clients.
• Collaborate with the team to avoid duplicate submissions and ensure smooth operations.

• Prepare and coach consultants for end-client interviews.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,331.98 - ₹25,000.00 per month
