Key Responsibilities Market our Bench Consultants (H1B Transfer, OPT/CPT/F1/L1, GC & US Citizens) to Tier-1 Vendors and Direct Clients. Handle the entire sales cycle — from requirement gathering, submission, rate negotiation, interview scheduling, to closing deals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors through networking and follow-ups. Reformat and customize resumes per client needs before submissions. Perform active and passive searches using Job Boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, etc.). Manage and track consultant submissions, interview progress, and offer closures. Maintain communication with consultants daily and keep them informed about submissions and interview schedules. Ensure compliance with US Staffing processes (W2, 1099, C2C, H1 Transfers). Demonstrate strong understanding of contracts (NCA, NDA, Addendum, Memorandum). Generate new business leads through cold calling and networking to acquire new direct clients. Collaborate with the team to avoid duplicate submissions and ensure smooth operations. * Prepare and coach consultants for end-client interviews.
