US Healthcare Recruiter (Work from office only)

Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN), and Radiology professionals

The recruiter will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring compliance with all US healthcare staffing standards. This role requires deep knowledge of healthcare talent markets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet hiring goals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit healthcare professionals with a focus on

  RNs, LPNs, LVNs, and Radiology roles (MRI, CT, X-ray, Ultrasound, etc.)

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interviews, reference checks, salary negotiations, and offer closures.
• Build strong candidate pipelines for high-demand nursing and radiology specialties.
• Ensure compliance with US healthcare credentialing and licensing requirements.
• Partner with clients and account managers to understand role requirements and deliver quality candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and provide timely reporting.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience by keeping communication clear and consistent.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience.

• Minimum 1- 3 years of hands-on experience recruiting RNs, LPNs, LVNs, and/or Radiology professionals for US healthcare clients.

• In-depth knowledge of US healthcare staffing processes, credentialing, and compliance.
• Strong sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work US shift timings (EST ).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in travel nursing or radiology staffing.
• Familiarity with US state-specific licensing boards and credentialing systems.
• Knowledge of visa/immigration processes (H1B, Green Card) for healthcare professionals.
• Proven record of achieving recruitment targets/KPIs.
