As the Team Lead for Internal Hiring (Bulk & BPO Hiring), you will oversee and drive high volume recruitment activities within Tech Mahindra. You will lead a team of recruiters, co-ordinate with operations, ensure hiring targets are met and build efficient processes to ensure robust talent pipelines.
- Lead and manage a team of internal recruiters for bulk hiring and BPO verticals.
- Plan and execute end-to-end recruitement for high-volume hiring.
- Build and maintain a tight timeline for bulk hiring roles (BPO, Back-office, operations, support roles) through diverse channels.
- Ensure timely closer of roles and achieving targets.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across business units and internal HR Teams.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Minimum 1 year as a Team Leader.
- Handled a team of 6-7 recruiters.
- Working knowledge of ATS, hiring tools.
