Job Overview

We are hiring an HR Recruiter to join our team at FLY Consulting Services. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We are looking for someone with less than 1 year of experience in recruitment.

Qualifications and Skills

Strong knowledge of HR practices and recruitment processes
Experience in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate's qualifications
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in MS Office and other recruitment tools

Roles and Responsibilities

Source and attract candidates using various methods such as job portals, social media, and networking
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate's qualifications and fit with the company
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Facilitate the hiring process by preparing job descriptions, offer letters, and employment contracts
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
