We are hiring for a International Chat Process -Need to have 2 Years Experience Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Provide customer support via chat for customers. Troubleshoot customer queries and requests. Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions for review and follow-up Utilize computing and technical expertise to respond to customer inquiries Regularly review customer feedback and take measures to improve customer service. Inform customers on the steps to follow to exploit services of the company Candidates should be willing to work in Day/Rotational Shifts Education/Experience: Need to have 24 Months Experience in International Chat / Voice Process. Any Graduate. Able to speak the Excellent English proficiently to communicate with customers, comprehend and follow instructions Must have Excellent Communication skills in English grammar & Typing Speed of 30 WPM with 90% Accuracy. Note - Not hiring any pursuing candidates. Role:- Chat Process Eligibility:- Any graduate Experience:- 2 years to 7 years Salary: Experience - 4,75,000 LPA - 33000/- as Take Home Pure Night Shifts- Rotational Shifts Interview Rounds: - 1.
