Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles
• Sourcing candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring teams
• Maintaining recruitment pipelines and documentation
• Ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience

What You Bring:

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment (healthcare preferred)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
• Enthusiasm for learning and growing within the HR domain
