Key Responsibilities:

l Assist in sourcing potential candidates using job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms.

l Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.

l Coordinate candidate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.

l Assist in maintaining accurate candidate records and documentation.

l Support the recruitment team in various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

l High school diploma or equivalent education required.

l Strong interest in healthcare recruitment with a desire to learn and grow in the field.

l Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

l Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

l Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Notes:

For female both side cab facility is available.
