US Equity Analyst

Role Overview

Aptlylabs is seeking a US Equity Analyst with a minimum of 2 years of experience analyzing

US stock markets. This role focuses on researching publicly listed US companies, tracking

market trends, and delivering actionable insights based on financial data, company

fundamentals, and market drivers.

Key Responsibilities

 Analyze US-listed equities across NYSE and NASDAQ

 Perform fundamental analysis including earnings, balance sheets, cash flow, and

valuation

 Track macroeconomic indicators, Federal Reserve updates, and market-moving events

 Prepare equity research reports, notes, and analytical dashboards

 Monitor stock performance, peer comparisons, and sector trends

 Review corporate filings including 10-K, 10-Q, and earnings call transcripts

 Stay current with US market news and SEC regulations

 Present research findings clearly to internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Business, or a related field

 Minimum 2 years of experience in US equity analysis or investment research

 Strong understanding of US stock markets and sectors

 Solid knowledge of financial statement analysis and valuation techniques

 Strong analytical and numerical skills

 Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and analysis

 Good written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have (Preferred)

 Experience aligned with US market trading hours

 Familiarity with tools such as Bloomberg, Yahoo Finance, Morningstar, FactSet, or

Trading View

 Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, or Power BI for financial analysis

 Professional certifications such as CFA (Level I or II), NISM, or equivalent
