Hi, US Customer Support associate / Process associate / BPO/ US Shift We are hiring for customer care for US shift for US voice process Hyderabad - Minimum 6 months of experience is required. Job description We are looking for process associate for International voice process who can interact with customers address their concerns, answer their questions and assist them with their needs. also who are able to join immediately Roles & Responsibilities:- Listen to customers concerns, issues and questions. Resolve customers concerns and answer customers questions to your best ability. Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers complaints.
