• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new hires, including documentation, background checks, and system access.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, including I-9, E-Verify, and other regulatory requirements.
• Track and maintain compliance records and documentation in accordance with company and client standards.
• Liaise with internal teams (HR, Legal, IT, Payroll) to ensure all onboarding activities are completed on time.
• Respond to inquiries from new hires, hiring managers, and clients regarding compliance or onboarding matters.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and help implement best practices in compliance and onboarding workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 1–4 years of experience in HR US compliance, and US Onboarding
• Strong knowledge of US employment laws and compliance requirements.
• Experience with HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Taleo, or similar).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with client-specific onboarding requirements in healthcare, staffing, or similar regulated industries.
• Experience handling high-volume onboarding across multiple states.
