Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new hires, including documentation, background checks, and system access.
Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, including I-9, E-Verify, and other regulatory requirements.
Track and maintain compliance records and documentation in accordance with company and client standards.
Liaise with internal teams (HR, Legal, IT, Payroll) to ensure all onboarding activities are completed on time.
Work with third-party vendors for background checks, drug screenings, and other verifications.
Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on onboarding and compliance status.
Respond to inquiries from new hires, hiring managers, and clients regarding compliance or onboarding matters.
Identify process improvement opportunities and help implement best practices in compliance and onboarding workflows.
Delhi University students/ alumni preferred
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
14 years of experience in HR US compliance, and US Onboarding
Strong knowledge of US employment laws and compliance requirements.
Experience with HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Taleo, or similar).
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with client-specific onboarding requirements in healthcare, staffing, or similar regulated industries.
Experience handling high-volume onboarding across multiple states.
