We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Bench Sales Recruiter to join our US staffing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US IT consulting market and a proven track record in marketing bench candidates to potential clients and placing them quickly. Key Responsibilities: Market consultants (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, US Citizens, EAD, etc.) to Tier 1 vendors, direct clients, and implementation partners. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with existing clients and vendors. Source new vendors and build a network of partners to market available consultants. Manage end-to-end sales cycle: submit profiles, schedule interviews, negotiate rates, and close offers. Regular follow-ups with consultants and vendors for submissions, interview schedules, and feedback. Maintain a daily log of submissions and ensure timely reporting. Stay updated with current market trends, technologies, and vendor requirements. Achieve and exceed placement targets consistently. Requirements: 15 years of experience in US Bench Sales or IT Staffing. Proven ability to market bench consultants and generate quick placements. Familiarity with various job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.) and social networking platforms (LinkedIn, etc.). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of IT technologies and terminology. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with different work authorizations and immigration processes. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CRM or ATS tools. Prior relationships with Tier 1 vendors and direct clients. Knowledge of compliance issues and documentation for onboarding.
