We have an Opening for US Accounts - Hyderabad Location (Work from Office) _ Night Shift.

Responsibilities:

• Experience working with US accounting, AR/AP
• Bank Reconcilation
• Working knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Updating tax changes and co-ordinating with development team.
• Knowledge of US taxation rules and regulations are added advantage.
• Should work and test independently on MultiLedger.
• Should do research and have to update with changes of different taxes of US Geographical area.
• Clearly communicate team goals and deliverables and keep the team updated on changes.
• Has ability to set priorities, manage deadlines on testing task and if need escalate the bugs where necessary to US Team for discussion.
• Should have ability to coordinate between team and other employees.
• Should have ability to explain the bugs clearly to development team.
• Should try to work independent with minimum support from superior and must lead the project individually.
• Should aware of competitor products and their new features.
• Collecting timesheet data and payroll information.
• Entering data into payroll and administrative databases and software programs.
• Calculating wages, benefits, tax deductions, commissions, etc.
• Preparing and processing paychecks and cash deposits.
• Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.
• Responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns.
