Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day US accounting operations including
Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL)
, and Bank Reconciliations.
Prepare and post journal entries, maintain accruals, and handle month-end / year-end closing.
Assist in preparing
financial statements and reports
in compliance.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of
invoices, vendor payments, and employee reimbursements.
Handle
payroll processing
in line with US payroll regulations.
Reconcile inter company transactions and balance sheets.
Coordinate with US clients/vendors and resolve queries effectively.
Use accounting software such as
QuickBooks.
Provide support to management with financial analysis and forecasting.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors / Master’s degree.

2–5 years
of experience in US Accounting.
Strong knowledge of
Quikbooks.
Advanced
Excel skills
and familiarity.
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.

Preferred:

Experience in working with a
US-based company or clients
