Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 Maintain accurate & up-to-date financial records, including record of transactions,

posting journal entries & reconciling accounts in compliance with US GAAP

 Prepare financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow

statements, to provide insights into the company's financial health

 Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, processing vendor invoices, and

monitoring customer payments

 Ensure the proper organization of data and on time reports preparation

 Utilize financial software and systems to efficiently perform accounting tasks

 Stay updated on relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations to ensure

compliance and accurate financial reporting

 Provide financial advice & guidance to management, contributing to strategic decisionmaking

 Adhere to company's procedures & policies to complete assigned tasks promptly &

effectively

 Training of new team member and supervise others in task allocation, ensuring timely

delivery of work

 Confident to deal and coordinate with clients directly and able to communicate the

issues and deliverables as per client’s expectations

 Assurance to check emails and respond it timely by prioritizing it in the best possible

way

 Manage and secure the documents as per the suggested specific folders smartly


Desired Candidate Profile:

 Understanding of advanced MS Excel & Google sheets

 Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, sales taxes,

reconciliations, etc

 Must be from Commerce Background (B. Com, M. Com, MBA Finance & CA Dropout)

 At least 2+ years of relevant experience working on US accounting, bookkeeping, and

payroll activities in US GAAP

 Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, and NetSuite.

 Strong knowledge of US GAAP and US accounting practices.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with

stakeholders.

 Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other financial systems.
