Maintain accurate & up-to-date financial records, including record of transactions,
posting journal entries & reconciling accounts in compliance with US GAAP
Prepare financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow
statements, to provide insights into the company's financial health
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, processing vendor invoices, and
monitoring customer payments
Ensure the proper organization of data and on time reports preparation
Utilize financial software and systems to efficiently perform accounting tasks
Stay updated on relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations to ensure
compliance and accurate financial reporting
Provide financial advice & guidance to management, contributing to strategic decisionmaking
Adhere to company's procedures & policies to complete assigned tasks promptly &
effectively
Training of new team member and supervise others in task allocation, ensuring timely
delivery of work
Confident to deal and coordinate with clients directly and able to communicate the
issues and deliverables as per client’s expectations
Assurance to check emails and respond it timely by prioritizing it in the best possible
way
Manage and secure the documents as per the suggested specific folders smartly
Understanding of advanced MS Excel & Google sheets
Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, sales taxes,
reconciliations, etc
Must be from Commerce Background (B. Com, M. Com, MBA Finance & CA Dropout)
At least 2+ years of relevant experience working on US accounting, bookkeeping, and
payroll activities in US GAAP
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, and NetSuite.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and US accounting practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with
stakeholders.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other financial systems.
