US Accountant

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bookkeeper with extensive experience in financial management and accounting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in using financial software systems such as QuickBooks and Business Central, coupled with a solid understanding of financial reporting and analysis. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Job Description:Recording and maintaining detailed and accurate records of all financial transactions includes recording income, expenses, purchases, sales, and other financial activities to a high level of accuracy.Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Communicate effectively with clients to understand their unique financial needs, provide insights into their financial data, and address any queries related to bookkeeping and financial reporting.Coordinate with team and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and address accounting issues.Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
