Job Title: Account Manager – US Accounting

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager – US Accounting to lead and oversee our accounting operations specific to the US market. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in SAGE Intacct, demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities, and thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. This role will involve managing a team of 7–10+ accounting professionals, ensuring compliance, and delivering timely and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee day-to-day accounting operations aligned with US GAAP standards.

· Lead a team of 7–10+ accounting professionals, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and development.

· Manage and review financial reporting processes, reconciliations, AP/AR, general ledger, and month-end/year-end closures.

· Utilize SAGE Intact for accounting management, reporting, and analysis.

· Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations in the US.

· Work closely with cross-functional teams and US-based clients to ensure smooth financial operations.

· Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.

· Monitor team performance and provide training, support, and regular performance evaluations.

· Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

· Manage workload under tight deadlines and changing priorities without compromising quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field; .

· 5-7+ years of experience in US accounting, with at least 3 years in a team management role.

· Strong understanding of US GAAP and compliance requirements.

· Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

· High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

· Proven experience working on SAGE Intacct is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Must have KPO Industry experience

· Prior experience working with US clients across different time-zones

· Exposure to audits and financial controls.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
