Roles & Responsibilities:

Flat Readiness & Inspection:

Coordinate with site and with site and maintenance teams to ensure flats are completed, cleaned, and defect-free before handover.

Conduct joint inspections and prepare snag lists (if any) and ensure timely rectification
Verify utilities (electricity, water, fittings, keys, etc.) before handover

Customer Coordination:

Schedule handover appointments with customers in coordination with the CRM/sales team. Provide possession intimation and explain the handover process, documentation, and requirements.

Address customer queries and ensure a smooth experience during possession.

Documentation & Handover Formalities:

Ensure all required documents (NOC, payment clearance, possession letter, key handover checklist, etc.) are in place.

Maintain proper records of handovers-both physical and digital copies.

Coordinate with finance and CRM for clearance and final confirmation

Inter-Department Coordination:

Liaise with project, maintenance, and housekeeping teams for flat readiness.

Coordinate with security and facility teams for access and support during handover.

Customer Feedback & Issue Resolution:

Capture customer feedback post-handover and escalate concerns to relevant departments.

Follow up for quick resolution of post-possession issues (snags, maintenance, etc.).

Reporting & MIS:

Maintain and update daily/weekly handover status reports.

Track pending handovers and highlight issues causing delays. Prepare periodic reports for management review

Performance Monitoring (At Manger level):

Achieve defined possession and customer satisfaction targets within given timelines.
