Hiring for a Zoho CRM Executive for a reputed Real Estate company.

Job Location-Kolkata (Near Hazra)

Salary: Upto 5 LPA

Key Responsibilities-

• Manage and maintain Zoho CRM system for real estate sales operations.
• Create, customize, and optimize CRM modules, fields, workflows, and automation as per business needs.
• Integrate Zoho CRM with other Zoho apps such as Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, Zoho Campaigns, etc.
• Maintain accurate and updated client and lead data; monitor lead flow from different sources.
• Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports through CRM dashboards.
• Provide CRM training and support to sales and marketing teams.
• Coordinate with the IT and Sales teams for system improvements and bug fixes.
• Ensure proper tracking of enquiries, bookings, and client follow-ups through CRM.
• Implement automation to improve productivity and client response time.

Qualifications & Skills-

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / B.Sc / IT background preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Zoho CRM (Real Estate CRM experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM customization, automation, workflow rules, and reporting.
• Familiar with lead management, sales funnel tracking, and post-sales process.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Zoho ecosystem tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
