This role involves independently building a pipeline of prospects, networking, and converting leads into long-term clients for our services. If you are skilled at identifying and closing opportunities in Web Development, Graphic Design, and Video & Animation, this position offers an engaging and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively create and manage your own sales pipeline to promote our diverse service portfolio, driving new business opportunities.
• Re-engage with existing and past clients to build strong relationships and uncover fresh opportunities.
• Develop proposals, present tailored solutions to clients, and close deals effectively.
• Advocate for the company’s capabilities, suggesting innovative ways to expand offerings and maximize sales.
• Respond to inbound inquiries, nurture established client relationships, and identify upselling opportunities to ensure repeat business.
• Attend client meetings when required to foster trust and collaboration.
• Promote the agency’s services by aligning with clients’ objectives and anticipating their needs.
• Formulate growth strategies focused on financial outcomes and client satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience in digital and data-driven sales is a plus, though not mandatory.
• Passion for marketing, emerging trends, and new technologies.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, striving to exceed goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Well-established professional network to support lead generation.
