Job Summary:

We are hiring Telecaller Sales Executives who are confident, self-motivated, and passionate about sales. If you enjoy talking to people and have good communication skills, this is the right opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Promote products/services and explain their benefits.
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Follow up on leads and maintain proper documentation.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Resolve customer queries in a polite and professional manner.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate (any stream).
• Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Prior experience in telesales or customer service is a bonus.
• Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
